How do I sell my car to your business?

What types of vehicles do you buy?

We can give you a valuation for any make and model of vehicle that meets our criteria. Although we primarily buy cars, we can also give you a valuation for a commercial vehicle too.

Do I need to bring my car to you to inspect?

No, we’ll contact you to get some photos or videos or the car you’re selling so we can see the condition of the vehicle before we give you a valuation. When it comes to the handover, you can bring your car to us or alternatively we can collect the car from you (a charge may apply for this).

What factors determine the value of my car?

Our buyers will look at a range of factors when deciding on your valuation. We’ll look not only the condition, specification and history of your car but also the wider market conditions that may affect its value.

Can I get a quote for my car online?

Because our valuations are done by in-house buyers, we can’t give you an instant online valuation. However, you can fill in the enquiry form on our website and one of our team will get back to you to give you a valuation.

How long does the car selling process take?

If you are taking your car to one of our showrooms and you have all of the required documentation, the process takes as little as 24 hours.

Can I sell my car if it is damaged or high mileage?

Yes, as long as your vehicle is not an insurance write-off, you can still sell your car to us. We will ask you about any damage on the vehicle and take your vehicle’s condition into account when we give you your valuation.

How do I get paid for my car?

The money is sent directly to you via bank transfer while you wait. You will always receive full payment before we complete the handover of your car.

What documents do I need to provide to sell my car?

You will need to provide a V5 registration certificate in your name, proofs of identity and address, up-to-date settlement letter for your finance company (if applicable), your bank details, the vehicle’s handbook and service history.

What happens to my car after I sell it to you?

Depending on the condition of the car, what it is and our current stock, it may either be sold by us in one of our showrooms or sold to another motor trader.
