Outcomes
- Good value: We offer competitive and transparent pricing for our products and services, and ensure that our customers receive fair value for money. We disclose all fees and charges upfront, and do not impose any hidden or unfair costs. We conduct fair value assessments for our products and services, taking into account the costs, benefits, risks, and outcomes for our customers.
- Suitable products and services: We ensure Consumers have the information they need to make informed decisions about our products and services that are sold and receive products and services that have been designed to meet their needs.
- Suitable treatment: Consumers receive good customer service and respectfully and respond to their queries and complaints promptly and effectively Consumers should receive good customer service leading to higher levels of satisfaction with the service they receive. We have clear and accessible complaint procedures, and we also cooperate with alternative dispute resolution schemes, such as the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA) Conciliation Service, if customers are not satisfied with our complaint handling.
- Confidence: Through the information and services we provide, we aim to help Consumers increase their confidence in financial services markets and are equipped with the right information to make effective, timely and properly informed decisions about our products and services.
