AMT Auto 'Play on the Pitch' Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter

‍The Promoter is AMT Auto (including subsidiaries), a company registered in England and Wales. Registered office: AMT Auto, 4 Bingley Street, Leeds, LS3 1LX.

2. Eligibility

a. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of AMT Auto, its subsidiaries (including but not limited to AMT Insurance Solutions, AMT Vehicle Rental Ltd, and Redline Specialist Cars), and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or the judging of the competition.

b. Entrants must have a valid email address to enter.

3. Entry Period

‍The competition opens at 09:00am on 14/05/2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 19/05/2026 (the "Promotion Period").

4. How to Enter

a. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

b. Entry is strictly via the online form at [TBC].

c. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not be counted. Those found to be using multiple email addresses, phone numbers, or other means to artificially inflate entries will be disqualified. 'Other means' will be anything reasonably seen as malicious and against the honest playing nature of the competition, at the discretion of AMT Auto.

5. The Prize

‍There is one (1) prize to be won, comprising:

a. Entry to the AMT Auto 'Play on the Pitch' event at Elland Road, Leeds, on Thursday 21st May 2026, for the winner and one (1) guest.

b. One (1) Leeds United kit each for the winner and their guest.

c. Lunch for the winner and their guest following the event.

AMT Auto reserves the right to substitute any element of the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

6. Event-Specific Terms

a. The event will take place at Elland Road, Leeds, on Thursday 21st May 2026. AMT Auto is not liable for any costs incurred by the winner or their guest in travelling to or from the venue.

b. The winner and their guest must comply with Elland Road's Ground Regulations and any instructions issued by AMT Auto or Leeds United staff on the day. AMT Auto is not liable if the winner or their guest is refused entry or removed from the venue due to their behaviour.

c. In the event of cancellation or postponement due to circumstances beyond AMT Auto's reasonable control, AMT Auto will use reasonable endeavours to offer an alternative date or equivalent prize, but accepts no liability for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by the winner or their guest.

d. A separate participation waiver covering physical activity on the pitch will be required to be signed by the winner and their guest on the day of the event. Failure to sign the waiver may result in the winner and/or their guest being unable to participate in the on-pitch activity.

7. Prize Delivery

‍The winner will be contacted by email within 24 hours of the competition closing. Details regarding event logistics, kit sizing, and lunch arrangements will be communicated to the winner by AMT Auto in advance of the event date.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

a. The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

b. The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the competition closing.

c. The prize is limited to one per winner.

9. Photography and Media Consent

a. The event will be photographed and/or filmed by or on behalf of AMT Auto and/or Leeds United. By entering this competition, entrants acknowledge and agree that, should they win, images and footage of them and their guest taken on the day may be used by AMT Auto for marketing and promotional purposes across its website, social media channels, and other communications.

b. The winner is responsible for ensuring their guest is aware of and consents to this before attending the event.

10. Data Protection

a. By entering this competition, an entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

b. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation (UK GDPR) and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.

c. Entrants consent to their data being used for marketing purposes by AMT Auto.

11. Limitation of Liability

‍Insofar as is permitted by law, AMT Auto, its agents, subsidiaries, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking part in or attending the event, save where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
