AMT Auto ’12 Days of Christmas’ Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

The Promotor: The Promotor is AMT Auto (including subsidiaries), a company registered in England and Wales. Registered office: AMT Auto, 4 Bingley Street, Leeds, LS3 1LX

Eligibility:

• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of AMT Auto, its subsidiaries (including but not limited to; AMT Insurance Solutions, AMT Vehicle Rental Ltd, Redline Specialist Cars), and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or the judging of the competition.
• Entrants must have a valid email address to enter.

Entry Period:

The giveaway opens at 09:00 on 18/12/2025 and closes at 11:59pm on 04/01/2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter:

• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
• Entry is strictly via the online form at https://amtauto.co.uk/12-days-of-christmas.
• One email entry will be accepted per person.
• Entrants can gain an additional entry for following the AMT Auto Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/AMTAutoUK.1/).
• Entrants can gain an additional entry by following the AMT Auto Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/amtautouk/).
• Maximum of three (3) entries per person. Those found to be using other means to artificially inflate entries, including using multiple email addresses, will be disqualified from the competition.

The Prizes:

There are 12 individual prizes to be won. AMT Auto reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. The prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

• Day 12: Signed YCCC Cricket Bat

Specific Terms for Ticket Prizes

• Tickets will be available at Home Venues only, date of upcoming games TBC.
• Code of Conduct: Winners and their guests must comply with the relevant venue’s Ground Regulations. AMT Auto is not liable if the winner is refused entry or ejected due to behaviour.
• Scheduling: AMT Auto is not liable for match cancellations, postponements, or rescheduling. Tickets are valid for the rescheduled date only (if applicable) and no travel/accommodation costs will be reimbursed.
• Transferability: Tickets are strictly non-transferable and must not be resold. Breaching this may result in the tickets being voided by the club.

Prize Collection and Delivery:

Digital and Ticket Prizes: (Applies to: Leeds United Game Tickets, Leeds Rhinos Game Tickets, YCCC Game Tickets, £200 John Lewis Gift Card, £100 Track Day Voucher)

• These prizes will be delivered electronically to the email address provided by the entrant upon entry.
• Vouchers will be emailed within 7 days of the winner accepting the prize.
• Tickets for sporting events (Leeds United, Leeds Rhinos, YCCC), will be offered to the winner as the next available home match/game.
• The e-tickets of the match/game will be delivered to the winner’s email address no later than 72 hours before the match/game date.
• It is the winner’s responsibility to check their spam/junk folder. AMT Auto is not responsible for tickets lost due to incorrect email addresses provided by the entrant or strict email filters.

Physical Prizes: (Applies to: Bettys Hamper, LEGO Nissan Skyline Car Set, Signed Shirts/Merch, Nextbase Dash Cam Bundle, Signed Cricket Bat)

• Winners of physical items will be contacted by email to request a valid UK mainland delivery address
• Prizes will be dispatched within 14 days of receiving the winner’s address.
• Where perishable items are involved, we endeavour to dispatch the items as soon as possible.
• AMT Auto will cover the cost of postage to one UK mainland address. If the winner is not available to sign for the delivery and the item is returned, the winner may be liable for the cost of re-delivery.
• AMT Auto accepts no liability for items lost or damaged in transit, though reasonable efforts will be made to assist with courier claims where applicable.

Winner Selection and Notification:

• Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries received up until the end of the Promotion Period.
• The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the draw. If the winner does not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
• Prizes limited to one per winner. If a winner is chosen at random to win a second prize, another random draw will take place until a new winner is chosen that has not won any previous prizes as part of this competition.

Data Protection:

• By entering this competition, an entrant is agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation (GDPR) and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
• Entrants consent to their data being used for marketing purposes by AMT Auto.

Limitation of Liability:

Insofar as is permitted by law, AMT Auto, its agents, subsidiaries, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of claiming and accepting the prize.
